Het pension is gelegen nabij het centrum van het dorp op loopafstand van enkele hotels en restaurants, rustig tussen woonhuizen. De eigenaar woont niet zelf in het pension.

Het pension telt in totaal tien 2-persoonskamers, zeven in het pension zelf en drie in een tuinhuis achter het pension. In enkele ruime kamers is het mogelijk om een extra bed bij te plaatsen.
Alle kamers hebben een eigen douche- en toiletruimte, en zijn voorzien van TV, telefoon en wekkerradio.

In de serre aan de voorkant van het pension wordt 's morgens het ontbijtbuffet geserveerd, en verder is de serre een heerlijke plek om te verblijven, met uitzicht op de Middenstreek en een eigen terras voor de deur.

Uit de welgevulde koelkast kan een drankje gepakt worden en kofie/thee wordt verzorgd middels een automaat.
In de serre zijn verder boeken en tijdschriften beschikbaar en staan enkele gezelschapspelletjes tot uw beschikking.

Niet echt een bed and breakfast, maar daar kies je dan ook voor.

Let op. Eigenaar hanteert niet de tarieven van website bedandbreakfast, maar hogere eigen tarieven met de smoes dat het om vanaf prijzen gaat.
voorkom verassingen en bekijk goed de prijzen in het contract dat vooraf wordt toegestuurd.

Goede regeling met dinerbonnen in
prima restaurants op loopafstand.
Zelf de consumptiebon bijhouden en
het verbruik bij vertrek afrekenen is goed geregeld.

For improvement
Er is géén afvalbak in of in de buurt van het appartement. Alles in het kleine
emmertje in de badkamer is wel onhandig.
