Spaarndam is situated close by Haarlem- Flower city, with lots of things to visit: *Teylersmuseum (the oldest museum of The Netherlands). *Frans Hals Museum, named after the famous 17th century painter. *Corrie Ten Boomhuis-onderduikmuseum. *Stads en Hofjeswandelingen (walks) *Excursion boat over the Haarlem canals. *De Grote -of st. Bavokerk, a church with one of the most beautiful organs of the world. *Keukenhof, six million flower bulbs in one park (15/4 tot 28/5) *IJmuiden seaport, sea fishing, fish restaurants. *Zandvoort, casino and Boulevard. *Bicycle tours, de Manpad -en Beeckesteynroute or take a walk in the dunes to Bloemendaal and Zandvoort. We can make a reservation for rental bicycles on request. Spaarndam is located in the Spaarnwoude recreational area with many places of interest like Snow world, a riding-school, 18-holes golf course, skeeler and training circuit, climbing hill, children’s animal farm, canoeing. Amsterdam is only 30 min. away. Welcome!
