The building is a townhouse with 3 floors, the B & B is located on the first and second floor of the house. The house was built in 1907 and has many original art deco and art nouveau details like stained-glass windows, a carved wooden staircase, edited ceilings and marble fireplaces. The building is one of the best preserved houses in the Valkenboslaan.
B&B Art Deco has room for 5 adult guests; regularly sleeping on the ground is possible and there is (on request) a camp cot.
Also available secure internetconnection and parkinglicence for a small fee E5,- pd.
The B & B has direct public transport links to both the center of the city, both stations (Central and Hollands Spoor DH) and to the sea = Scheveningen. In 10 to 20 minutes at one of these sites indicated by tram or bus.
The Valkenbos Quarter is a beautiful old neighborhood with lots of nice houses from the period 1900-1912. Have a multicultural karacter with a good supply of small restaurants from all corners.

This is the 2nd Christmas that we have stayed at B&B Art Deco. We enjoy the space and the cleanliness of the B&B. The bed is very comfortable, and the location is very convenient for our visit to our daughter's family. We highly recommend this B&B.

Eine sehr liebevoll und angenehm gestaltete Herberge. Wer Sinn und Freude an Art Déco hat, fühlt sich hier sehr sehr wohl. Frau Onstein ist sehr aufmerksam, immer auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht und liest einem (fast) jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass Frau Onstein sehr daran interessiert ist, sich in der Sprache der Gäste zu verständigen. Sie ist eine humorvolle und angenehme Gesprächspartnerin und Gastgeberin.
