344 Aan de Gracht is a B&B appartment on the ground floor of a historical building at a beautiful spot in the centre of Utrecht.

But, all good things must end... because the appartment will be occupied for living permanently the B&B will close its doors by the end of May 2012. The only availability left is from March 1 through 9 and April 7 through 19.

some fruit, water, juice, whine as welcome gifts were nice to have. Host of B&B very concerned that stay wouod be confortable

For improvement
Fire alarm device went off although nothing had happened, but host came to change it the next day which was great

Ruim en speels opgezet appartement op een geweldige locatie aan de gracht. Door de bijzondere kunst aan de muur en de hoge plafonds heeft het appartement echt sfeer.

Complete inrichting en goede internetverbinding!

For improvement
Ontbijt zou wat vroeger mogen
Afspraak was 08.00u dat werd 08.15. Voor zakelijke gasten kan dat lastig zijn.
Vooraf even controleren of er nog voldoende koffie aanwezig is

Heerlijke bedden. Drie separate ruimtes; ruime keuken, ruim slaapgedeelte, knusse zitkamer. Bovendien ook een klein buitenplaatsje.
Het appartement is zeer centraal gelegen. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis in combinatie met een bezoek aan het centrum van Utrecht.
