Ligt in een rustige, gezellige wijk, loopafstand naar centrum 10 min.
Na melding over vieze kamer, mochten we gelukkig in een andere kamer, deze was wel schoon en prettig. (maar het was dus een geluk dat deze vrij was).

Bedden waren in beide kamers niet fris.
We hadden de bruine kamer gereserveerd maar deze was niet schoon en stonk naar rook. Ramen konden niet open.
Weinig aandacht geschonken aan ontbijt.
Handdoeken zouden aanwezig zijn: wij kregen er 1 pp voor 4 overnachtingen.

The room itself and the bathroom were clean, even though the kitchen was less so. The room was tiny but ok with enough space, TV and even a working wireless connection.
For improvement
I had to make my breakfast myself and apparently I was also supposed to clean my dishes afterwards. I saw the landlord only one when I came in, the next day when I wanted to leave and leave him my luaggage for some more time nobody was to be found in the whole house. Thus, I think even though this is a decent place to stay for a weekend or so it is definitely overpriced and the servie is not too good.
