Welcome to the Bed & Breakfast boat called “BuurBoot“. The “BuurBoot” is located in Lombok, a multicultural suburb, close to the city center of Utrecht.

The “BuurBoot” is a luxurious houseboat equipped all needs for a convenient stay. Such as a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 2 king size beds, bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilets. Free Wifi and internet computer.

Some of the services we provide is the small rental rowing boat that is electrical driven (conditions apply). We even can advice on rentel bicycles.

The bigger bedroom is available with double and single or three single beds as an option. the second bedroom is available with a double bed. Extra bed in the living on request.

Positive Experiences
Een heerlijk verblijf gehad op de buurboot. Ontvangst was hartelijk en de uitleg/ rondleiding over de boot erg duidelijk. Boot was netjes en schoon. Twee prima slaapkamers, een zeer ruim en de ander kleiner maar knus. Nette badkamer en wc. Woonkamer en keuken waren ook zeer compleet. Grote keuken met fornuis, voldoende borden, bestek e.d. om te koken.
Ook het ontbijt was ruim voldoende voor ons. Meerdere broodjes, eieren, verschillende beleg en yoghurt, heerlijk!
Gastvrouw was ook zeer vriendelijk.

Heel leuke ervaring om eens op een woonboot te leven, gastvrije ontvangst en mooie, nette ruimtes. Verse bloemen op tafel.

Ontbijt mag iets minder afgepast ( plakjes kaas, vlees etc)

Ontbijt mag wat luxer en met meer keus.Broodjes moesten we zelf nog afbakken en het eitje zelf koken.

Heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Alles was geregeld.
De boot is echt prachtig! Mijn familie uit India vond het een heel bijzondere manier om in Nederland te verblijven.

For improvement
Groot bedrag contant betalen is niet handig.
Eerder inchecken dan 17 uur zou fijn zijn.

Very pleasant stay on a beautiful boat, in an interesting area, close to the centre, 20 mins walk, 5 mins by bus and stop is around the corner, friendly and helpful owners live next door. Beautiful well equiped kitchen. shops and market near by

For improvement
Gangway could do with a safety rail, we were there when it was snowing and it was quite slippy, everything else was great
