A luxurious apartment fully furnished and completely renovated, with sunny private garden. Formerly a shop and house, build in 1644, the ground floor and basement are now a comfortable luxurious guesthouse situated over two floors. All amenities at walking distance.

The guesthouse is ideally situated in the exclusive Museum Quarter of the historical centre of Utrecht. In the center, 100 mtrs from the Mariaplaats and the Dom, sidestreet from the Oudegracht, around the corner of the Springweg Theater and parking. Festival venues, shops, canals, terraces, cafés and restaurants, theatres, cinemas, museums, art galleries and supermarkets are just around the corner of the quiet Haverstraat.

Lay out: Hall with separate guest toilet, private entrance to the apartment. Light, complete kitchen-diner with dishwasher and living room with wood-burning stove on ground floor. Stairs to the basement (this part of the house goes all the way back to The Middle Ages)

better and practical information (guide) regarding car parking,
the central heating is too loud at nights...

De ligging van de B&B is uitstekend om Utrecht te bezoeken. Een goed bed.

For improvement
Het ontbijt was beneden alle peil, een B&B onwaardig! (zelf koffie maken, zelf eitje klaarmaken, geen lekkere broodjes)
De ontvangst onpersoonlijk.
De kamers zijn dringend aan renovatie toe. De gevraagde prijs is niet in verhouding met de kwaliteit!

Je bent gelijk in de binnenstad van Utrecht. Hartelijke gastvrouw, leuke binnentuin, een ruime en gezellig B&B. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Kortom een aanrader!

For improvement
De badkamer heeft nog wat afwerk punten. Bij het schoonmaken ook de lichtschakelaars/stopcontacten meenemen, en de lampenkappen afstoffen. Verder oké.

Great little place right in the centre of town, very well equipped...owners spoke good english and wer very helpful and friendly. Wish we had stayed longer...will definately be back to stay here!

Prachtig, historisch pand, hele warme ontvangst, mooie tuin/binnenplaats, helemaal geriicht om je als gast het naar je zin te maken. Hier kom ik terug.
