In the Center of Utrecht you find this special apartment along the "Nieuwegracht".

Luxury, comfort, convenience of the center, yet quiet, serene place to be at. This very attractive cellar has been converted to a unique apartment with private entrance at thye canal.
The sights, shops, restaurants and nightlife of the city on walking distance. The apartment is completely private, you have all the rooms for yourself.
It is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Utrecht, but also when you have a romantic, relaxing weekend in mind.

The apartment

The apartment has a living room with a sitting area with TV and DVD player, a kitchen and a spacious dining table. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, microwave oven, cooking area, dishwasher, etc.

Perfekte ligging, heel rustig, uitstekende audio-systeem en televisie; heel mooie verlichting, lekker Nespresso

For improvement
Bij mijn eerste bezoek was er geen dweiltje en spoelmiddel voor het handmatige spoelen (er is en vaatwasser maar als er maar een persoon is krijg je die niet vol) en geen toiletpapier. Bij het volgende bezoek was alles goed.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad. De locatie is geweldig. De faciliteiten zijn van kwaliteit. Het ontvangst van Nienke was perfect. Zij is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij gaan hier meer gebruik van maken dat is zeker.

For improvement
De slaapkamer is erg warm en benauwd.
Een tip !!
Een lig of hoekbad had het appartement helemaal perfect gemaakt.

Geweldige dagen hebben wij in deze bed and breakfast gehad!!
Een super romantische plek, perfect gelegen in het centrum. Maar om binnen te blijven in het appartement is ook helemáál niet erg want je hebt enorm veel ruimte en alles is privé.
Een geweldig cadeau van onze zoon en echt aan te raden! Super!

Kritiek is het niet, maar wij misten een kledingkast.
Verder kunnen wij niks bedenken!

Echt een aanrader! Uniek om eens echt aan de werf ín een (prachtige!!) werfkelder te kunnen slapen. Alles ziet er wel heel netjes en verzorgt uit en je zit midden in de stad. Ontbijtje werd ook keurig op tijd bezorgd, ga hier zeker vaker gebruik van maken als ik weer eens naar Utrecht moet!!
