We are welcoming you to our large home in the city centre of Utrecht.
You will feel at home right away, we'll offer you:

ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen met een kpje thee, terwijl het al 22.00 uur was dat ik aankwam, de verwarming werd op mijn verzoek meteen hoger gezet.

This B&B is situated in a great location, especially since I arrived in Utrecht at 22:30 on a Friday night- and this was my first time here. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the station or 7.50 EURO taxi ride.

In addition to the fact that they include breakfast in the price; they have a small kitchen area where you can also prepare your own food with a local grocer 2 minutes away.

I had to also extend my stay a few days, and they were able to oblige. They have good local contacts and information about the town.

Nice and very clean too!

I would very highly recommend this Kilim B&B.

gite simple très bien situé. l'hote est sympathique et arrageant. on se sent un peu chez soi (cuisine à dispo et thé ou café pour le gouter aussi. Bonne adresse pour veux qui aiment la simplicité.
