La Perle is a luxe city apartment situated in the city centre of Utrecht. It is more than a beautiful hotel room; it is a luxurious apartment in a 17th century building. There is a big living room with a sofa bank, a nice kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a beautiful bedroom. Since you are the only guest, the whole house is yours. You can also be your own cook, because the kitchen is well equipped. After sleeping well, there is a fine breakfast waiting for you wich you can serve yourself on your own chosen time. The prices: For 2 persons: 115 Euro a night, breakfast included.For 4 persons (the sofa bank in the living room can be turned into a bed for two persons) 175 Euro a night, breakfast included.Smoking in the house is not allowed

Het ligt in een charmant straatje, je loopt zo de stad in. Het is met zorg ingericht tot aan kaarsjes toe. Er is een prima bed in een ruime slaapkamer. Je hebt geen last van de winkel die beneden is. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst.

For improvement
Het is jammer dat je de kaaswinkel die ernaast is kunt ruiken in het trappenhuis. Gelukkig niet in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Betere isolatie zou fijn zijn.

mooi ingerichte kamer op eerste verdieping. Slaapkamer op 2de verdieping ook ruim en een goed bed. Alles netjes aangekleed. De eigenaars waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en dichtbij supermarkt en bus.

For improvement
Omdat het bijna in het centrum ligt, hoor je wel omgevingsgeluiden van buiten. Daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. Ik vond het niet zo storend.

Great, great, great B & B, very nice atmosphere. It was good to see with how much care the owners furnished and decorated the apartment. I really could feel at home. We could find everything we needed for our staying there. If I stay in Utrecht again, I'll definitely go back + I will recommend it to friends.

For improvement
well, these cannot be improved:
1) I felt a bit uncomfortable that when we went upstairs to the apartment, we had to go through the shop that is under the apartment.

2) I think it is a bit pricy, but compared to other accommodation in Utrecht, it is not, in fact.

3) When someone is walking on the 2nd floor, I can hear it on the 1st floor in the room. But I know it is always like this with houses like this.
