La Maison et Jardin Pure
In the heart of Utrecht, fifty square metres of luxurious housing topped off with a private fifty square metre garden.
When you are looking for privacy and the enjoyement of your own private garden on a great location, look no further.
Right in the middle of the historical heart of Utrecht, only 75 metres away from the prestigieus five star hotel Karel V and about fourhundred metres away from the Domtoren.
We do not serve breakfast ourselves. Broodnodig, a cute breakfastplace around the corner does this a lot better. After 9 o'clock they even bring it by. Cost? € 7,80 pp.
Starting the day in a relaxed matter, is one of the pure pleasures of life. That's why we give you the opportunity of a late leave. You can take your time untill one in the afternoon. Sounds great? It is.

Super locatie! Midden in Utrecht centrum, had absoluut niet beter gekund. Goede ontvangst.
For improvement
Wij hebben een prima weekend gehad maar vonden het appartement wat smoezelig. Naar onze mening niet echt schoon, vies bestek in de la en niet echt fris ruikend beddengoed wat letterlijk opgepropt in een kast lag.
Super locatie! Midden in Utrecht centrum, had absoluut niet beter gekund. Goede ontvangst.

top Lage - nur etwas schwieriger für Leute de nicht so gut Laufen/Sachen tragen können. Allerdings bietet der Vermieter an die Sachen mit dem bakfiets abzuholen :).
Einfache Ausstattung - aber vieles nützlich. Garten ist sicher im Sommer mehr zu genießen als im Januar.

Bitte Elektrik und einige Badinstallationen überprüfen - etwas zu provisorisch & wackelig.

De ligging je bent zo in het hartje van de stad. de vriendelijkheid waar mee we werden ontvangen en hoe ruim het toch was voor ons tweetjes we hebben ons heel erg vermaakt en komen zeker vaker terug met zijn twee.

het bed in de slaapkamer de lattenbodem is niet geweldig. veder kan ik weinig op noemen.

The property is extremely well located for a short stay in the historic central quarter of Utrecht. The owner/manager, Marco, is an intelligent and very with it young fellow who sees to every issue quickly, efficiently and with quite a bit of style. As he says, the Maison et Jardin Pure is a 'work in progress' and he takes little suggestions, for example about some additional kitchen utensils, or clothing hooks, on board immediately. He was also very helpful about some practical details for a stay in Utrecht, even giving us a hand moving to our longer term rental, and he personally delivered fresh flowers on a weekly basis, a nice touch.
For improvement
So, while the fixtures and fittings are appropriately up to date, there are some gaps that need filling. The place is small (cosy?) and lacks some storage, espcially for clothes, so it might not entirely suit for a stay longer than a short bed and breakfast type. The positives far outweight the negatives at this property, however.
