The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Utrecht, close to congress Trade Mart Utrecht venues, museums, shops, restaurants and 5 minutes from central station. The apartment accommodate 1-2 or (3 guests on request). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Next to the houses is the famous and the most cheerful museum in the Netherlands! the National Museum ‘From Musical Clock to Street Organ’ Railway museum bus station, shopping area, museums , theaters and the famous Dom Cathedral, canals are all on your doorstep.
The appt. is 50 sq. meter, with living room and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor of the building. The apartment has a terrace with a nice view over Utrecht's historical center. It has a hallway and a own entre, is accessible by stairs. It is a non smoking apartment. Available for two persons, a extra bed is on request

Positive Experiences
Heel fijn, prima locatei, wij kwamen met 4 ipv 3 mensen, dit was prima zonder dat we er iets voor hoefde te betalen, ook niet voor het ontbijt.

For improvement
ik vond alles prima, de locatie, gastvrijheid , ontbijt, etc.

Een geweldige B&B in t hartje van Utrecht, enorm vriendelijk ontvangst en werkelijk alles was in één woord SUPER!! geweldig lekker ontbijt en goede bedden( een slaapkamer in "oosterse sferen"erg smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb in ieder geval mijn adresje gevonden en kom zeker nog een keer terug! dikke aanrader!!

een comfortabel zelfstandig appartement,met allerlei extraatjes. Verse bossen rozen,een kerstboom en kerstversiering en zelfs een gedekte kersttafel voor ons kerstdiner!

Wij hebben het appartement geboekt in de Sint Martinus Kerk. In 1 woord geweldig. De ontvangst was warm en gastvrij. Verse rozen in de kamer, we voelden ons welkom en direct thuis. De omgeving is prachtig, midden in het centrum en daarnaast veel groen en een prachtige plek voor het begin van een mooie wandeling door Utrecht. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
