"Wat een mooi plekje!" zijn waarschijnlijk de meest gesproken woorden op het erf van Wartena Hoeve. Deze, recent totaal gerenoveerde, stelpboerderij is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater, vlak bij de Oude Venen (Alde Feanen), een prachtig natuur- c.q. watersportgebied en Nationaal Park. Wartena Hoeve heeft vijf gastenkamers op de eerste etage en één op de begane grond. Deze laatste is ook geschikt voor mindervaliden.
In 2011 gaan we ons vijfde seizoen in. Vele gasten hebben onze B&B inmiddels bezocht en enthousiaste bijdragen in ons gastenboek achtergelaten. Behalve de ligging worden ook de sfeervolle kamers, het ontbijt en de gastvrije sfeer geroemd. Roeiliefhebbers kunnen schitterende roeitochten ondernemen. Ook voor vrienden of familiegroepen (max. 12-15 man) is onze B&B erg geschikt. Op zomeravonden is het goed toeven op het terras aan de waterkant. In het dorp zijn enkele goede en gezellige eetgelegenheden.

Heel mooi gelegen B&B in het kleine plaatsje Warten. mooie ruime en zeer schone kamer. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst en uitstekend startpunt voor wandelingen en fietstochten in de omgeving. Op loopafstand 2 restaurants. Ook voor watersporters is dit een uitstekende overnachtingsplek, die per boot bereikbaar is.
