Monumentale Scholtenboerderij waarvan de geschiedenis terug gaat tot 1225 in een prachtige mooi wandel en fietsgebied en bosrijke omgeving. Gastvrij en gezellige ontvangst. U hoort geen treinen, vliegtuigen of autobanen maar wel vogeltjes die fluiten, u kunt de stilte horen zeggen veel van onze gasten.
Prachtig mooie verschillende kamers met verschillende thema`s en luxe! Beneden gezellige authentieke woonkamer met mooie schouw en spiegel en gezellige woonkeuken met mooi meubilair. In deze mooie woonkeuken of buiten op het gezellige terras met grote tuin en uitzicht op veel groen, krijgt u een luxe ontbijt en eventueel naar wens een boerenmaaltijd en/of vijfgangendagmenu met veel streekprodukten van streekwinkels uit de buurt geserveerd.
Bij aankomst verwelkomen we u met een kopje koffie/ thee of een glaasje! Wilt u er even tussen uit, laat u dan lekker verwennen op de Roerdinkhof! Vraag, geheel vrijblijvend, of er plaats is via telefoon/mail. We horen of zien het graag van u.

Een geweldige gastvrije gastheer, die een zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt voorzet en een boeren maaltijd kookt als de beste. Beslist een aanrader! En wat een fantastische locatie, wij komen terug.

Een prachtige fietsomgeving.
De fraaie boerenwoningen (scholtehoeven), gelegen tussen zware houtwallen en loofbossen, met beken, maken het zo knus. Het is alsof je in het Brabant van toen fietst, zonder ruilverkaveling, maar dan glooiend. Je kunt helemaal rond Winterswijk met of zonder knooppunten; het is overal prachtig mooi.
De eigenaar zorgt verder voor tips, een lekker ontbijt en op aanvraag een heerlijke boerenmaaltijd.
Bijzonder dat het mooie hoge huis verhuurd wordt! Met kachel in de woonkamer en eetkamer/keuken. En zitjes in prachtige tuin.
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug om te zien hoe de renovatie vordert en opnieuw te gaan fietsen. Winterswijk is een bijzondere plaats en komt in onze top-3.

Wij logeerden op zolder - Magnoliakamer.
Vrij warm en klein door schuine wanden.
Voordeel is de eigen douche en wc.
