HoteldeBoatel is ondergebracht in een kleine dertig meter lange Rijn-stoomsleepboot uit het begin van de vorige eeuw. Voor gasten is er één slaapkamer en badkamer met ligbad beschikbaar. En één slaapkamer met twee één-persoons bedden.
Maar of u het schip nou alleen huurt of met zn vieren, u heeft het volledige schip tot uw beschikking.
Net als de woonkamer en de keuken die de gasten tot hun beschikking hebben is de atmosfeer er een van stijlvolle eenvoud. Rustige kleuren en comfort voeren de boventoon. Bovendien is er veel ruimte en licht, de woonkamer met onder andere een ingetogen Italiaanse bank heeft namelijk een glazen schuifdak dat een groot deel van het plafond beslaat. ’s Avonds kun je er rechtstreek naar de sterrenhemel kijken.

This house boat is truly beatiful and state of the art comfort. Every little detail is thought of in perfection. Evert is a true gentleman who was very kind indeed. For sure an accomodation for the true house boat lovers!

Enorm romantisch plek in Zwolle. We hebben hier heerlijk onze huwelijks dag gevierd, ook nog is met prachtig weer. Lekker aan een wijntje sippen op het dek met een prachtig uitzicht over oud Zwolle. Wow!

Awesome location, friendly staff. Above and beyond customer service. Even got a nice bottle of wine as a welcome upon arrival! True Dutch hospitality at it's best. Highly recommended!

Wat een droom! Werkelijk slapen in een sprookje in hartje Zwolle. Door het lekkere weer lekker kunnen borrelen op het achterdek.
Daarna ontbeten bij hotel Librije; weergaloos! Een absolute aanrader dit, wij komen ZEKER terug.

Colud be a very nice location, if the owner would respect the customer's privacy.
For improvement
When reading the other comments from 2011, I think something must have changed.
The owner seems not to be very interested in the customers renting his boat. We stayed there for two nights. Could have been a wonderful stay if the owner would have respected our privacy.
The owner is around almost all the time. Even occupying the deck to enyoy the sunset with friends and using our toilet! when we were not there. This is unacceptable!
You have to know that you live in the owners' rooms. Kitchen was not cleaned up well, Dishwasher was full. Dustbin in bathroom was not emptied. Owner's stuff all around.
The price is definitely much too high for what is provided! When leaving the customer didn't even ask whether everything was ok.
It actually spoiled the expected "highlight" of our hollidays.
