Our farmhouse sits on a quiet road along the medieval polder Mastenbroek and the riverside of the Zwarte Water, app. 2 km from the outer part of Zwolle, 4 km from the citycenter (a 20 minute bikeride into the center).
The rooms are situated in the back of the house (first floor). The big room nr 1 has a beatiful view of the river plains; there also is small room nr 2, small, simple and soberly furnished.
Breakfast will be served in the big livingroom downstairs, where a soapstone stove with a cosy fire will keep you warm during wintertime!
TV in the livingroom, free wireless network , free Nespresso coffee and organic tea, free public parking.
Garden is open to the guests, teagarden May-Sept. on appointment, serving our own products. Fresh flowers are sold as well.

Prachtige ligging, tuin is prachtig en heerlijk om in te wandelen. Verrassend was de grote algemen ruimte, waar we een heerlijk ontbijt hebben genuttigd, genietend van de zon. Boeken en tijdschriften te over. In de omgeving ook voldoende te doen.

Leuk en gezellig B&B. op een mooie locatie aan de IJssel. Wij waren er in november maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het in de winter..met sneeuw of in de zomer/lente ook prachtig is. De theetuin is dan ook open en de fruitbomen dan in hun pracht zijn te aanschouwen.

Tip: de weg naar de B&B was opgebroken en er was een omleiding. Meld dit aan de gasten van te voren.

zeer gastvrij; wakker worden en ontbijten ademt rust, badend in het vroege herfstlicht dat de dampen boven het zwarte water doet oplichten.
