Less than thirty kilometres from both Rotterdam and Utrecht, you can find the classical Dutch landscape of the 'Alblasserwaard'. In 2000 this area has been declared to be the most beautiful fen-area of Holland. The village Goudriaan - 'the Pearl of the Alblasserwaard' - is situated in the centre of this polder. In the south of the village you'll find Dairyfarm 'De Verwondering'.
If you've planned to stay for a longer period in this area, which is very suitable for cycling and walking, you can spend the night on our farm. Five rooms, for two-four persons, with view on the farmyard and the polder and a bathroom are ready for you. In the morning you'll get a farmers-breakfast. And if you're interested, we're happy to show you around on our farm. We are proud to be a farmer! For people who'd like to take a lunch with them, it's possible to buy that on the farm.
