Supergoed verzorgd. Heel warm ontvangen. Ramen hebben ze zelfs voor ons dichtgedaan tijdens harde regenbui (toen wij weg waren). Alles heel schoon en netjes. Zeer ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. SUPERGOED!! Echt een aanrader.

Supergoed verzorgd. Heel warm ontvangen. Ramen hebben ze zelfs voor ons dichtgedaan tijdens harde regenbui (toen wij weg waren). Alles heel schoon en netjes. Zeer ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. SUPERGOED!! Echt een aanrader.

Located in a mixed-use traditional Dutch town home and just an 8 minute walk from the Rail Station, Centrum BTR provided a fantastic base to explore Leiden. The staff was very helpful and friendly. LOVED having a computer, cd player, TV and sink in my room. Extremely clean and the self-catering kitchen was a real bonus. The B&B occupies the top floor of the building with just three rooms. Very quiet. This was by far the most economical option I found when I arrived in town and wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast in included in the price! Die Angestellten von Centrum BTR waren sehr nett. Nachdem wir aufgrund eines Unterbruchs bei der Bahn fast 2 Stunden länger unterwegs waren als geplant, wurde auf uns gewartet ! Danke dafür !
Pour amélioration:
Da es sich hier ja nicht um einen Familienbetrieb handelt, sollten die Verantwortlichkeiten besser geregelt sein. Es sollte nicht passieren, das beim inbetriebnehmen wollen der Kaffeemaschine ein verschimmelter, nicht gellerter Kaffeefilter zum Vorschein kommt, auch nicht das im Kühlschrank bereits grünlich gefärbtes, stinkendes Fleisch in der Tupperwarebox zum Frühstück bereit liegt. Da war ekelerregend. Diese beiden Vorfälle haben einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Schade für die sonnst nette Ambiente.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en een luxe sfeervolle grote kamer. Zo fijn dat alles aanwezig is, het voelt hier net als thuis. Heerlijk om zelf alles te mogen doen: een keuken vol met vers eten en drinken, koffie en eten wanneer je maar wilt. Heel anders dan een geserveerd ontbijt, maar super voor mensen die van vrijheid houden!! Bedankt!

Qua ontbijt vonden wij het teleurstellend dat het brood uit de vriezer kwam. Voor de prijs die je voor dit B&B moet betalen, hebben wij voor minder geld toch echt veel betere service en locatie gehad. De aandacht die wij normaal bij een B&B hebben, hebben wij hier gemist.

Qua ontbijt vonden wij het teleurstellend dat het brood uit de vriezer kwam. Voor de prijs die je voor dit B&B moet betalen, hebben wij voor minder geld toch echt veel betere service en locatie gehad. De aandacht die wij normaal bij een B&B hebben, hebben wij hier gemist.

This is simply the best B&B I have ever stayed in! The rooms are well-designed with plenty of space. Shower and toilet are clean and in top condition. We are supplied with plenty of food-bread, milk, eggs, juices, ham cheese, fresh fruits and etc. everyday. Kitchen is well-equiped and clean. The staff are friendly and very nice and kind. The stairs are quite steep and one has to be mindful but that is not problem with us. We enjoy the place immensely for all the 3 nights we were there. Thank you very much.

Definitely none! On location (which cannot be improved), it was a rather long walk for us from the Leiden Central station. We were told it will be 8 minutes walk, but we can do our best 11 min.

We greatly enjoyed using the kitchen during the day, being able to cook meals and store things in the fridge. Having computers with internet in each of the rooms was great, especially when my laptop died. One of our rooms had a full size desk. It was the ideal place for our week of study and business.

We greatly enjoyed using the kitchen during the day, being able to cook meals and store things in the fridge. Heerlijk heerlijk heerlijk!!! Geen last van de bel gehad want dat hebben ze veranderd. Ook de prijs/kwaliteit is in orde. De een persoonskamer was heerlijk ruim en had zelfs een computer. De keuken is letterlijk voorzien van alles. Heb thuis minder in de kast staan. Kortom zeer aan te bevelen en ik kom zeker terug.

De keuken is letterlijk voorzien van alles. Heb thuis minder in de kast staan. Kortom zeer aan te bevelen en ik kom zeker terug.

The helpfulness of the staff was excellent, and the facilities that were available made a huge difference - as a working couple with large projects happening back home, the internet broadband access enabled us to keep things in hand remotely, while we were attending a friend's wedding in Leiden. The sauna, the food and the complete independence was great. The locations was fifteen minutes walk from the centre of the city, but just next to the venue for the wedding reception, so absolutely ideal.

Not sure that there were any, really....I was disappointed not to get a chance to try the chocolate machine, but that was entirely my fault, and nothing to do with the quality of facilities or service from Centrum BTR!!

The helpfulness of the staff was excellent, and the facilities that were available made a huge difference - as a working couple with large projects happening back home, the internet broadband access enabled us to keep things in hand remotely, while we were attending a friend's wedding in Leiden. Instead of an own bathroom as it was at the web, we had to share the bathroom and the shower with the other room. It is a house where there are classes and other activities so the bell was ringing since 8.00. After visiting Centrum BTR, I think is a very expensive room.

Instead of an own bathroom as it was at the web, we had to share the bathroom and the shower with the other room. It is a house where there are classes and other activities so the bell was ringing since 8.00. After visiting Centrum BTR, I think is a very expensive room.

Ontvangst is zeer gastvrij. Keuken is goed ingericht en voorzien van een goed ontbijt! Slaapcomfort is ook prima.
Pour amélioration:
Er zijn 2 kamers, beide kosten 75 euro. De kleine kamer is minder comfortabel/ groot dan de andere en daarom vind ik een iets lagere prijs voor de kamer aan te bevelen.
