Our B&B where we will receive you hospitably is located in Opperdoes, a gem in West-Friesland. Everything breathes the atmosphere of this region. Nostalgic streets and canals, pyramid-shaped farms and bridges, surrounded by vegetables farms.

A skoôtje is an old West-Frisian bakery product, consisting of 10 white bread rolls, a break-bread for special occasions in the spring, which was eaten with butter and syrup. It is the precursor to the Dutch popu...lar white bread roll.
Another meaning of a skoôt is a rope to fasten the sail of a fieldboat and thus keep course. In addition, a skoôt (womb) stands for warmth and security.
We will do our utmost to have the name of B&B 't Skoôtje come back during your stay, with the white bread rolls not missing from breakfast.
Our big brother De Skoôt is located 700 meters from the guesthouse. This nature and water storage area rubs against the West-Frisian ring dike. It is a nice retreat for birds and walkers

Last minute geboekt en ook al waren de eigenaren zelf niet thuis, dat... was geen probleem en werd de sleuteloverdracht keurig opgelost. We hebben genoten van ons weekend en hebben heerlijk ontbeten. Fijne bedden ook.
Medemblik is een mooi stadje en we hebben ook een rondje IJsselmeer gedaan.
Ook het drumstel is gebruikt.

Niet echt maar een magnetron of kookplaatje voor een kopje soep op te warmen zou handig zijn.

Alles dik voor elkaar! Aan niks te kort. Geweldig ontbijt en uitstekend... bed. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en locatie prima, met het verrassende Medemblik op loopafstand.

Het... bordje Skootje Zou wat hoger kunnen hangen, de kleur valt niet erg in het oog
O ja ik miste de opprdoezer aardappel, zodra ik het in de supermarkt tegen kom , dan koop ik het onmiddellijk, het is oooo zooo lekker.
