'Bed and Bike' is a relaxing base within cycling distance of... bustling Amsterdam. The charming cottage is set in a beautiful garden with help and advice on the doorstep. With the free ferry across to Amsterdam only 20mins away by bike, it gives the option of spending the day in the city or heading north into the stunning countryside with
several beautiful villages to visit within easy distance. We loved cycling via the tiny village of Holyshoot for delicious apple cake in the old school house.
Nothing to add as even the weather got top marks!

The cottage is just right for a couple or single. It was well stocked,... clean and comfortable. Anrik and Carla were great hosts, and were very patient...answering all our questions and helping us with maps and many other requests! Just a great experience. The neighborhood is an excellent break from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. Lovely getaway.

We loved staying here! It was a quaint cottage in a small town. The sleeping... was comfortable and the home was welcoming. It had everything we needed and the owner, Anrik, was very helpful. We loved taking the bikes for a country ride to Holysloot or just to the market. The restaurant in the market was delicious! Even though we were constantly on the go, we were blessed to come back to such a beautiful area and place to call home.

My partner and I stayed in Amsterdam-Noord in a lovely garden house.... The accommodation was perfect for us, as it is modern, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to cook breakfast before a busy day exploring Amsterdam. Our host Anrik was great! He provided us with maps and gave us really useful tips. We loved the local organic food market Landmarkt nearby and Holyboot trip by silent boat to Broek in Waterland. Amsterdam-Noord is worth exploring if you are after authentic experiences!
