The Bed and Breakfast is located between the Fourth Baon Wylerbaan and 7 Heuvelenweg (known for the four-day Nijmegen). The farm is located on a hill with stunning views of Germany. Next to the bed and breakfast we have a mini vineyard with 60 sticks Regent (red wine) and 90 sticks Johanniterhotel (white wine). The apartment has a private entrance and a separate bathroom that is not shared with others. There is a second person in the apartment bedstead and a 2 seater sofa. Furthermore, the apart...ment has all the comforts such as: small kitchen, fridge, TV, microwave and coffee maker.

Positive Experiences
Ruim, comfortabel, gezellig ingericht (we voelden ons snel ‘thuisâ...€™), ligging, het landelijke uitzicht, compleetheid inrichting, fijn bed, goede badkamer met flinke stapel handdoeken en last but not least vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Kortom, een absolute aanrader om hier te verblijven
For improvement
Wij hebben 6 dagen in het appartement gelogeerd en zijn nergens tegenaan gelopen wat wat ons betreft beter had gekund

Positive Experiences
De B&B ligt aan een weggetje waar nauwelijks verkeer langs komt en... heeft mooi uitzicht op weilanden. Je zit hier heerlijk rustig. Keurig verzorgd ontbijt in de koelkast, voldoende ruimte in de B&B. Met de auto ben je in 5 minuten in het centrum van Groesbeek. Het kleine hapje was heerlijk.
For improvement
De reeds geplande boiler voor warm water in het keukenblok zou zeker fijn zijn. Misschien even alles goed nalopen voor de gasten arriveren (voldoende toiletpapier, koffie, thee, schone vaatdoek). Ik miste wijnglazen. Het is wat gehorig, maar niet storend.
