Art B & B "Hermine's Place" is a luxury bed & breakfast, for a maximum of 2 guests, located in the serene forests surrounding the village of Joppe. It is about 15 minutes by car from the old cities of Deventer and Zutphen both of which belonged to the early medieval North European league of Hanse-trading ports and are well worth a visit while you stay with us.
Built in 1909 "Hermine's Place" too is an unforgettable experience. The white villa with striking light blue shutters lies hidden beh...ind a high hedge of Rhododendrons. As guest(s) you can make one "wing" of the house your own, it includes a master bedroom, bathroom, living room and veranda. Breakfast is served in a separate dining room. Inside Art B & B you will find a mix of contemporary art and design here and there with a touch of the Fifties.The unique rooms can be booked for one or more nights. Prices are : Euro 125 for two guests and Euro 100 for one guest per room per night.

Positive Experiences
Prachtige, nog authentieke villa verscholen in de bossen. Omringd door... heerlijke tuin die voelt als een oase. B&B is schoon, ingericht met kunst, bestaat uit slaapkamer, badkamer, zitkamer en veranda waar een houtkachel je verwarmt als t buiten wat kil is. Voortreffelijk verzorgd ontbijt met uitsluitend verse producten. Bijzonder vriendelijke, gastvrije eigenaar, die je al snel het gevoel “at home” geeft. Gelegen vlakbij museum MORE, Deventer en Zutphen. Een aanrader !!

Prachtige locatie.Schitterende omgeving.Vriendelijke eigenaar.Heerlijk... bed en douche.
For improvement
Ontbijt wat matige kwaliteit.Genoeg fruit.Andere zaken wat eenvoudig.Geen koffie/thee mogelijkheden op de kamer.Bovenstaande vraagt om aandacht.
Badkamerlicht niet geschikt om je op te maken.

Heerlijke overnachting gehad in Huize Hermine te Joppe. Gastvrije ontvangst... door eigenaar. Onder genot van kopje koffie uitleg gehad van hoe en wat in de BB. Onze verblijfplaats is ruim en luxe. Slaapkamer, woonkamer en een eigen badkamer. Terras met gezellig houtkacheltje. Overal verse bloemen en prachtige kunst aanwezig. DE tuin is een waar paradijs.
