Het Bouwbesluit 2012 wordt enkele maanden uitgesteld.<\/p><\/div>\n

Het Bouwbesluit 2012 wordt uitgesteld tot april 2012. Dat heeft minister van Binnenlandse Zaken Donner\u00a0vorige week\u00a0bekendgemaakt in een brief aan de Tweede Kamer. Donner heeft besloten tot het\u00a0uitstel na overleg met organisaties uit de bouwpraktijk. <\/p>\n

Veegbesluit<\/strong>
\nAan het Bouwbesluit 2012 wordt nog steeds gesleuteld; daartoe is het zogenoemde Veegbesluit in het leven geroepen. In het Veegbesluit staan alle wijzigingen die nog moeten worden doorgevoerd in het bouwregelgevingpakket. Donner wil alle wijzigingsbesluiten en \u2013regelingen voor het einde van het jaar publiceren in het Staatsblad. Als dat lukt, moet het Bouwbesluit 2012 per april in werking kunnen treden, meent hij.<\/p>\n

Consequenties voor bed & breakfast
\n<\/strong>\u00adHet Bouwbesluit 2012 heeft in wezen geen consequenties voor de bed & breakfast-sector. Het\u00a0besluit\u00a0is namelijk beleidsneutraal, wat wil zeggen dat de regels niet wijzigen en er voor bestaande B&B’s geen gevolgen zijn. Wel biedt het Bouwbesluit nu duidelijkheid over brandmeldingsinstallaties in kleinschalige logies<\/a>.
