Met wat moeite maak je zelf een legionella-beheersplan.<\/p><\/div>\n

Tot 1 juli 2011 mag\u00a0je als B&B-eigenaar\u00a0nog zelf een legionella-beheersplan en -risicoanalyse maken. Maar vanaf die datum moet je\u00a0dit laten doen door een gecertificeerde organisatie<\/a>. Wil je\u00a0kosten besparen, stel dan dus gauw zelf je beheersplan en risicoanalyse op!<\/p>\n

Het opstellen van een legionella-beheersplan en -risicoanalyse is alleen verplicht voor B&B\u2019s met slaapplaatsen voor zes personen of meer, en voor panden met een volledige logiesfunctie. Vanaf 1 juli is het niet meer toegestaan om deze documenten zelf te maken.<\/p>\n

Doe-het-zelf <\/strong>
\nHeeft jouw B&B ook een kleine waterleidinginstallatie? Dan kun je vast zelf legionella-beheersplan maken.\u00a0Een model-doe-het-zelf risicoanalyse\/beheersplan\u00a0is hier te downloaden.<\/a>\u00a0Op onze\u00a0pagina over legionellapreventie\u00a0hebben we ook nog een handig model-beheersplan voor je klaargezet. Daarnaast vind je hier meer uitleg en een voorbeeld van een ingevuld beheersplan.

\n<\/strong>Adviesbureau Bureau de Wit rekent lagere tarieven voor onze abonnees, voor het opstellen van een beheersplan en het afnemen van watermonsters. De tarieven staan in de Eigenarenservice<\/a>.<\/p>\n
