\"Teckels\"<\/a>

Zes kleine ruwharige teckels zijn de blikvangers van B&B At the Beach.<\/p><\/div>\n

Nadat mijn partner en ik vorig jaar besloten uit elkaar te gaan en mijn zoon ging studeren, vond ik het thuis wel erg rustig. Dus besloot ik wat leven in de brouwerij te brengen door mijn ruwharige teckel te laten dekken door een Friese kampioen. Het nestje werd op 18 maart geboren. Na twee weken kreeg de moeder helaas last van eclampsie (melkziekte), dus moest ik de pups zelf gaan voeden met rauwe geitenmelk. Zes pups, zes keer per dag! In combinatie met een vol bed & breakfast en een geplande uitbreiding van \u00e9\u00e9n gastenkamer, bracht dit mij in acute tijdnood.<\/p>\n

Gasten schieten te hulp<\/strong>
\nMijn Russische gasten waren gelukkig vol begrip. Tijdens het voorbereiden van het ontbijt namen zij het voeden over. Ook schonken ze mij een fles wodka in en gaven ze me een klein brood van minstens drie kilo ‘om op gewicht te blijven’. De nieuwe kamer die ternauwernood af kwam, werd betrokken door een aanklaagster van het Internationaal Strafhof. Een geschenk uit de hemel: in de ochtend en in de avond wandelde deze Sloveense voor haar plezier met mijn honden in de duinen. En zij bracht een mand vol heerlijkheden uit Itali\u00eb mee.<\/p>\n

Toen de pups wat ouder en drukker werden, dienden zij als de voornaamste Hollandse attractie voor het inmiddels gearriveerde Italiaanse gezin. Als dank voor het aangename verblijf schonken zij mij chocolade en zelfgemaakte pasta.\u00a0Vanochtend zwaaide ik mijn Nederlandse gasten uit. Op de tafel vond ik bloemen en een bos hondenbotjes, samengebonden met dropveters. Geweldig!<\/p>\n

Inmiddels hebben mijn pups de leeftijd bereikt om uit te vliegen naar hun nieuwe eigenaar. Beste B&B-eigenaren: zoekt u nog een nieuwe huisgenoot en wilt u uw bed & breakfast nog aantrekkelijker maken? Ik zoek nog een paar lieve baasjes. De hondjes mogen half mei naar hun nieuwe eigenaar. Ze zijn gechipt, ge\u00ebnt, hebben een paspoort en ze zijn gasten over de vloer gewend. En ik moet zeggen: nooit werd ik m\u00e9\u00e9r door mijn gasten verwend dan in de afgelopen periode.<\/p>\n
