Wat een bijzondere plek is dit! Je bent echt te gast bij de zeer vriendelijke... en onderhoudende gastvrouw. Het huis ademt historie en verhalen. Wij hebben onze ogen uitgekeken in de kamer waar veel (persoonlijke) memorabilia te vinden zijn. En zeker niet onbelangrijk: het bed is erg goed. De lokatie is perfect: rustig maar op loopafstand van het centrum. Een aanrader als je geen strak en onpersoonlijk hotel zoekt.

bijzonder sfeervol in deze grote, statige woning in centrum Den Haag.... we weren gastvrij ontvangen in de tuin. Het huis staat vol met antieke meubelen, welke een bijzondere sfeer geeft. Natuurlijk heeft zo'n oudere woning ook zijn beperkingen, dat hoort er eenmaal bij. Ontbijt was prima.
For improvement
hoewel de prijs inclusief belastingen was, volgens de site, moest er apart toeristenbelasting worden betaald. Je krijgt geen huissleutel mee, dat kan wellicht een beperking zijn in het vrijheidsgevoel.

Not like a UK bed and breakfast; more of a home stay. A good comfy bed... in a large elegant room. Large bathroom but not inside room.
Good breakfast and friendly hostess ready to help with the stay in general.
Beautiful house of 1880s in Albert suburb only four stops on the tram from Centraal.
For improvement
Room description on website is not correct. No TV in the bedrooms, just one in hostess living room.
No private kitchen or refrigerator in room but on a floor higher. Already 34 steep stairs to my room.
No front door key available usually; so you can't go in and out. I obtained one but it was too stiff to work.
