The B&B is beautifully situated on the Berkel river, close (900 m) to the center of Zutphen. It feels like it is outside the city. It offers expansive views of the garden, the Berkel, the ice rink, many birds, and the setting sun. From the garden, you can fish, swim in the Berkel, or get into a Canadian canoe (available for rent, as are 3 bicycles). You have your own seating area in the garden. The breakfast (including fruit and jam from the garden) is served there or in your room. Gluten-free or vegetarian options are also available. On the first floor two rooms (which belong together) and a private bathroom. Kitchen, coffee/tea facilities, microwave, air fryer. Child's bed and chair are avail. Charging electric bicycles and cars 10% discount for stays of more than 2 days. In winter, a 1-night stay is possible; this costs an extra €15 for 1-2 people and €20 for 3-4 people. Breakfast costs €18 per person per day for 1 or 2 guests. For the 3rd and 4th guest, it is €9 per person.
