The approximately 25 m² room is located on the top floor, which is exclusively available to my guests. The bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink) is also located here. The room is bright and offers a view of the water in front of the house. Paid street parking is available; it is also possible to use the parking space behind the house by prior arrangement with the owner. Breakfast is served in the morning in the living room or, in good weather, outdoors during the summer. For groups of more than 2 people, it is possible to rent the second room (2 people) on the top floor as well. In this case, however, the bathroom must be shared by the 4 people who know each other.
