Studio 4B&B Eindhoven Contemporary studio in a separate building adjacent to our house with 100% privacy. Private entrance from the street via a terrace. High-ceilinged room with a double bed (1.40 meters wide), pantry, private shower and toilet. Pantry with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. No cooking facilities. Breakfast is not included in the base price. Length of stay: minimum 2 nights, maximum 4 weeks. Reservations and deposit: Upon request, I will hold the studio for 24 hours for your confirmation of the reservation. Upon confirmation, I request a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount. The reservation becomes final when the deposit has been received. Breakfast: Not included in the base price, but possible on request. I will place the ingredients in the pantry the evening before .Cost €9.50 per person. WiFi and TV: Available free of charge but are not part of the agreement.
