Robin and Yvonne, two enthusiastic thirty-somethings, decided to take over a guesthouse in the vibrant Bottendaal neighborhood of Nijmegen in 2024. This neighborhood is located just a five-minute walk from both the central station and the city center. The guesthouse offers four rooms for short stays (for day-trippers, weekend guests, and concert-goers) and four rooms for long-term stays (for expats, students, freelancers, etc.). We welcome groups of 4 to 12 people every month. There is space to hold meetings, dine together, have drinks, or play games. Our motto? Affordable comfort, personal attention, close to the city center. Breakfast is not included, but can be booked separately. Please note that we work with a bakery a 3-minute walk from our guesthouse, so we do not serve it ourselves. During the week, the bakery is open from 8:30 AM, and on Sundays at 9:30 AM.
