Het gastenverblijf is gelegen op de bovenverdieping in een authentiek vakwerkhuisje dat volledig is herbouwd. Het beschikt over 2 kamers en een badkamer. Er zijn koffie- en theefaciliteiten en een kleine koelkast en combimagnetron aanwezig. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om ontbijt te bestellen. Het is gelegen in het centrum van Eygelshoven met voldoende winkels en horecagelegenheden in de buurt. Ook zeer geschikt voor wandelaars en fietsers vanwege de 3 natuurgebieden die op korte afstand zijn gelegen en de Dutch Mountain Trail die in Eygelshoven start. Doordat Eygelshoven 2 treinstations heeft, zijn ook grote steden, zoals Heerlen, Valkenburg, Maastricht en Luik (België), Aken (Duitsland) en Keulen (Duitsland) makkelijk en snel te bereiken. Op de begane grond is een lunchgelegenheid en keuken voor dagverse afhaalmaaltijden geleden (geopend op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag).
