The Swaeneboet, a small boutique bed and breakfast which is located in Sint Maartensvlotbrug near the sea, situated next to the farmhouse from 1903. The farm was until 1972 used as such, then this was the function of the local commestible store for this small North Holland beach village. In 2011, the farm has been rebuilt and it now acts as a farmhouse with a modern look. The Swaeneboet is situated in the boet, what shed means and did as such service until 2015. After a metamorphosis he is ready for his new role as "boutique B & B. Only 962 meters from the dunes, forest and sea and the nature reserve "Wildrijk" and “Zwanenwater” to the other side.
