Welcome to our Coach House on the Oosterstroom. Parking is free on weekends and weekdays after 5pm. Park B in Stroomstraat is nearby. Where the carriages used to stand is now a cool 70 M2 living space, with its own dining kitchen and French doors to the garden. The Koetshuis, a young national monument, is close to mill Sun and Rhine, and the downtown water tower. It is lovely and quiet here, yet close to the bustling heart of Utrecht. Around the corner is a historic lock where you can eat delicious Italian ice creams from El Molino on the steps in summer. There is also a nice breakfast and lunch café (Meneer Peer) and the classical music room where you can also eat and drink. There is a little harbour within walking distance, where you can moor your boat + harbourmaster. The bustling music centre Tivoli-Vredenburg is within walking distance, as is the Stadsschouwburg, a bit further away. But also smaller charming venues like Theater aan de Werf.
