B&B Gaasterland-Hoeve is beautifully and peacefully situated in the lovely Gaasterland, in Wijckel, which lies between Balk, Sloten, and close to Lemmer. Unfortunately, our B&B is not accessible to people with mobility issues, as the stairs are a bit steep. Our B&B is an excellent base for cycling and walking tours, but also offers plenty of opportunities for enjoyable shopping, for example in Balk or Lemmer. Sneek, Heerenveen, or Leeuwarden can be reached within 30 to 45 minutes. Come enjoy the surroundings, relax in our common area, sleep in on our wonderful (box-spring) beds, and unwind in our beautiful, atmospheric B&B. Our prices include a generous breakfast with regional products, tourist tax, and cleaning, but for stays of 1 night or more, we charge a surcharge of €15.00. Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. After that, the costs generally apply, unless there is a case of force majeure; in that case, we will find a solution together.
