You will be staying in the private basement of a monumental house dating from 1907 in the charming town of Zutphen. The Impact Stay is within walking distance of the historic center, opposite the beautiful Grote Gracht canal. The basement has its own entrance and consists of a hall, two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a private patio. There is also a kitchenette so you can prepare your own breakfast or other meals. We are also happy to share breakfast tips within walking distance!
