B&B 't Poeliershuus
- B&B
- 3 guest rooms
't Poeliershuus owes its name to the poulterer who lived here from 1960 to 2000 and worked until 2019, my father, Poelier Geerdink, a household name in Gendringen because of his shop and grill wagon with grilled chicken, chicken burgers, and fried chicken livers with onions. He once made the poultry trade journal as the oldest self-slaughtering poultryman, which he was proud of. Together with my mother Riet Geerdink-Bannink, they built this up.
First, the room on the 1st floor at the front was furnished for B&B.
In 2021, the renovation began to create a B&B with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a studio, the former cold room and slaughterhouse. The shop has become the breakfast room.
't Poeliershuus is suitable for: cyclists, hikers (Noaberpad), those seeking peace and quiet, or simply when you need a place to sleep for family visits or other occasions, when you are temporarily working in the area....
