De Rietgors
De Rietgors is a bed and breakfast or group rental. It is located on a protected nature reserve Plan Tureluur.
De Rietgors was created after the conversion of a farm built after the 1953 disaster. First surrounded by farmland and since 1992 beautifully located in the nature reserve Plan Tureluur in the Prunjepolder.
The Prunje is a vast ‘water and nesting area’ close to the Oosterschelde. The feathered inhabitants of the Prunje are numerous and very diverse.
From the Rietgors' yard, you have a magnificent view of all this beauty; a sunset after a hot day is a fairytale event. The sunrise is graced by a very talented singing choir formed by the various birds inhabiting the Prunje.
