Welcome to Amstelview Apartment! A large traditional brick house from 1900, which has 2 floors. You will stay at the first floor: living room+office, 3 bedrooms, private bathroom, balconies overlooking the Amstel river. I live on the ground floor, only the front door is shared with me. In the hallway, an extra door separates my private apartment from the B&B on the 1st floor. The Weesperzijde street is Amsterdam's best kept secret! Green+wide riverfront, bikes and pedestrians. Lined with houseboats and sidewalk restaurants. You can easily walk towards the historical centre in 15 min. On the first floor you have access to: Two very spacious rooms, one of which is the living room and offic sapce. Plus two medium sized rooms (single beds, 200 x 90), a large bathroom and two balconies. The main bedroom has a large double bed (200 x 180). This in an 1900 house, so it has very high ceilings ans is smoke-free. I will be around to welcome you, since I live on the ground floor.
