This monumental half-timbered farmhouse is located in the village of Ulestraten (5m drive from Maastricht). Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and yet be close to the city. The old pigsty has been completely converted into a super cosy two-storey guesthouse, where you can relax. Downstairs is the bathroom with toilet, a nice shower and a kitchenette with fridge/ freezer and combi-oven (for baking or heating, not suitable for cooking). The sitting room has a basket of wood for the fireplace and music from LPs from the eighties. You have a nice view of the courtyard, which also serves as a terrace in fine weather. If you want to bring your bike, it can be parked safely in the courtyard. There are also books on the floor, and if you fancy a film, there is a DVD player with some great movies. This B&B run by Hanneke and Jos Jonkers can be booked for 2 nights or more. One night stays are not possible.
