The B&B is located in the picturesque Almen, close to the Hansa cities of Zutphen and Deventer and nearby castle towns Vorden and Ruurlo. The Achterhoek region is wonderful to cycle around and the Berkel river and nearby estates (like Hackfort and Velhorst) are ideal to stroll around. The village itself has a restaurant, museum, swimming pool, tennis court and a supermarket. B&B Roes has been newly built in 2021. It is a detached house with private entrance and two terraces: one at the front and one at the back. It has a spacious sitting and sleeping area with a bathroom. Besides this, there is also a seperate breakfast area with a counter for coffee and tea plus a fridge and a microwave. The room itself has been charmingly decorated with light colours and surprising details. The large lounge windowsill invites you for a drink and bite, all while looking at birds just outside the window in the nature area. Maybe you will be able to spot a squirrel.
