't Skoallehus / Theehus

The cottage is located in Friesland and is situated at the three-provinces point with Drenthe and Overijssel. The holiday home is 't Skoallehus and the studio is the Theehus. You have your own cottage with a private terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the garden, where in the evening you can still see the starry sky and in the morning wake up to nothing but the birds. The B&B is located next to the smallest former wooden church in the Netherlands, 'the Westerkerkje', next to the nature reserve 'Heerlijkheid de Eese', a UNESCO heritage site and a large natural area where you are more likely to encounter deer than people. Wonderful walks can be enjoyed here. In the nearby area in the 'Koloniën der Weldadigheid', many cycling routes are available. The nature cottage is 1 minute from cycling node 85. Besides the cycling routes, it is also close to Giethoorn and the Weerribben, or for ice-skating enthusiasts, Heerenveen. Wonderfully peaceful with all the beauties of Weldadigheid
