Het Poorthuysje

The Poorthuysje is located on the historic Singraven estate, in the middle of the forest, on a spacious plot of some 1,000 m2. Wonderful in spring and summer, but with all the scents and colours perhaps even more beautiful in autumn and winter. A tributary stream of the Dinkel meanders around the cottage. The cottage has its own entrance gate and private parking for several cars. Once inside, the round space with loft will surprise you. You look all the way to the ridge and immediately notice that it feels cosy and cosy inside. The authentic details are easily recognisable. For instance, the walls are plastered with loam and lime plaster and there is a traditional terrazzo floor in the bathroom. A nice double bedroom with box bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, sitting area with wood stove, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen are downstairs. The loft has a large double bed and several large built-in cupboards for all your belongings.
