B&B Rustique originated as an emergency dwelling, reconstructed after the Second World War using the foundation stones of the original farmhouse. Following its time as a residence, it housed horses, calves, and pigs until 2024. That year, it was converted into a pleasant guesthouse, where original elements were preserved or restored to their former glory. This guesthouse is located on a farm that was historically a dairy farm and has been a small-scale beef cattle farm with its own farm shop for the past six years. This farm and holiday home are situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Babyloniënbroek, located in the Land of Altena.
