Our canal in Amstardam Noord is a branch of the IJ and has its origin at the NDSM (a former giant shipyard) where the B&B is situated at about 900 meters distance. The NDSM site - with its industrial and yet charming character - offers various great places to eat, drink and chill while enjoying breathtaking views over the IJ. The IJ-halls (the former shipbuilding halls) are decor to various happenings, e.g. the largest flea market and the hippest music and cultural festivals.
