Boschpleats

Boschpleats is a spacious and sustainable guest accommodation of approximately 60 m², created in our former barn beside the Ryptsjerkervaart canal. The atmospheric living area features a large skylight, a private kitchen and bathroom, and comfortable underfloor and wall heating. The property is gas-free and equipped with a heat pump and 42 solar panels. There are two compact bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a small double bed, which will later be replaced by a bunk bed. The accommodation is on the ground floor, although the interior is raised by approximately one and a half steps. Behind the barn, guests can sit by the water. The canal connects directly to open water and forms part of the electric sloop route. A washing machine, tumble dryer and electric vehicle charging point are available for an additional fee. The accommodation is still being further finished and enhanced, so an attractive introductory rate currently applies.
