House in a rural location with a beautiful view and lots of tranquility NOT located on a busy main road. the bed and breakfast is located near a small center of Erica and has several nice places in the area such as Klazienaveen and Emmen with many shops. the bed and breakfast has two rooms, a 3-person room and a 1-person room. The rooms are air-conditioned. these two rooms share the bathroom. but are therefore NOT rented to two different tenants. so you have a private bathroom. is a sitting area upstairs with a fridge where you can find drinks for a fee coffee or tea are free or you can bring your own drinks. you can also relax in the conservatory in front of the house and outside a large garden with terrace. You can also use our swimming pool to cool off. Breakfast is not included as standard and we can arrange it for an additional cost of € 10 per person. Please indicate when booking.
