Bed & Breakfast The First Quarter is located in the attractive Outside Wittevrouwen district in Utrecht in the quiet of Monseigneur de Wetering Street, around the corner from all the urban pleasures that comfort you can imagine. We offer a complete apartment (lower house) for an independent stay, with or without breakfast. You have your own front door, kitchen, shower, toilet, living and sleeping areas and a garden city where life is good in fine weather. Our atmosphere is provided, informal and homely. More than living room. You do not need to give the plants water itself but it should be. You are a guest with us, but also completely free. More a resident of our city, or more a tourist. To you to determine the correct ratio we provide the implementation. (1-4 pers.)
