Near the historic center of Leiden you'll find our seventeenth-century thatched farmhouse on the Vliet. It is a monument where cows were kept for centuries. Now we will keep tourists: the place is too good not to share. You will stay in a spacious B & B: with its own kitchen, bathroom and front each B & B makes a comfi but very private, holiday home. We take care of breakfast for two days: there will be yoghurt and muesli in your kitchen, bread and cheese from the region. The first two mornings, we deliver a croissant + fresh egg from our own chickens at your doorstep. Within ten minutes biking you'll reach the Leiden market, grab a nice museum and have coffee in town. Or head the other way, to the tiny Vlielanden beach at 1 km, go to Wassenaar at 10, or bike further along the river Vliet all the way to Delft. Also Amsterdam is nearby, approx 40 minutes by car. Whatever the day brings, at the end of it you'll have your own calm little home in our yard at the Vliet.
