A nice and relaxed apartment on the first floor of our house. Separate livingroom, separate bedroom and kitchen. In the private bathroom you will find a bath and shower. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance via the frontdoor and hall, which is shared with the owners. We focus on Long-Stay-Guests. With stays from a few weeks to even months, On occasion guests can stay for a few nights (minimum 3). We believe our pricing is very reasonabe: - from 3 nights up to 2 weeks € 65 per night - > 2 weeks € 60 per night - > 3 weeks € 55 per night - > 1 month € 50 per night (€ 1500 per month) On top of that, we do have to charge touristtax, which is € 5,25 per night in Eindhoven. When you are e registered resident in Eindhoven, you don't pay this tax. For stays longer than 1 month, we advise to call or mail us! We do not cater breakfast. However there is coffee and thea upon arrival. Wifi and TV (incl. Netflix) is available and free of charge
