On the edge of World Heritage Site the Beemster, on the dike, is our B&B, located in a rural oasis of peace. Both cosy rooms have a full bathroom, wifi, floor heating, a seating area and French doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the garden. Coffee/ tea making facilities, fridge, hotplates and toaster are available in the shared intermediate room. A spacious garden with BBQ and plenty of sun or shade with a meadow behind with sheep and hares complete the overnight stay in the polder. Within walking distance is Purmerend's bustling town centre with restaurants, shops and public transport. Our B&B is an excellent base for cycling and walking routes, day trips to places such as Amsterdam, Volendam or Hoorn and places of interest such as the Zaanse Schans, North Sea or Eilandspolder.
